1. Scope

Adaptive Human Design is an educational self-reflection product operated in connection with the Adaptive Human Design website and related services. The service includes Human Design chart generation, free starter report access, optional detailed reports, coaching information, and related digital content.

By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Educational and Reflective Use Only

Adaptive Human Design is for education, reflection, coaching, and personal growth. It is not medical care, mental health treatment, psychotherapy, crisis support, financial advice, legal advice, or a diagnostic tool. Chart results and reports are interpretive frameworks, not professional diagnoses, predictions, or guarantees of accuracy.

If you need medical, mental health, emergency, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice, use a qualified provider rather than relying on this service.

3. No Regulated or Sensitive Professional Use

The service is not designed to comply with industry-specific regulations such as HIPAA, GLBA, FISMA, or similar regulated-data frameworks. Do not submit protected health information, financial account data, government-classified information, or other regulated sensitive data through the service.

4. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You may use the site only in compliance with applicable law. You may not interfere with the service, attempt to bypass payment controls, scrape content at scale, reverse engineer protected parts of the product, or use the service to harm, harass, or deceive others.

• Do not submit false payment or identity information.
• Do not automate access in a way that burdens the service.
• Do not copy, resell, or redistribute paid report content without permission.
• Do not use the site in a way that could compromise security or data integrity.

5. Purchases, Reports, and Coaching

Some features are free and some may require payment. Prices and what is included are shown on the site before checkout. Payments may be processed by third-party providers rather than directly on our servers.

Digital report delivery may begin immediately after successful checkout. Coaching sessions, if offered, are reflective coaching conversations and are not therapy, counseling, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for licensed professional services.

6. Birth Data and Chart Accuracy

Human Design charts depend on birth date, birth time, and birth location. If the information you enter is incomplete, estimated, or incorrect, parts of the chart may be inaccurate or may change. Unknown or approximate birth times should be treated as a starting point for reflection rather than a final answer.

7. Intellectual Property

The written content, reports, visuals, branding, chart presentation, software, and design are protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the service for your personal, non-commercial use.

That license does not allow you to reproduce, republish, sell, sublicense, distribute, or create derivative products from the service or its content without prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

The site may use third-party infrastructure and service providers, including geocoding tools, payment processors, email delivery providers, hosting, cloud storage, and content delivery networks. Your use of those third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

9. User Data and Backups

We may maintain routine backups, logs, and records needed to operate the service, troubleshoot problems, prevent fraud or abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not guarantee that user-submitted data or generated reports will be available indefinitely, and you are responsible for keeping any copies you need for your own records.

10. Disclaimers and Liability Limits

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of the service. If the law does not allow a full limitation, liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted.

11. Electronic Communications

By using the service, submitting forms, or purchasing a report or coaching offer, you consent to receive electronic communications related to your use of the service, including receipts, report delivery, support messages, and legal or service updates. Electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing where permitted by law.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or the service will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Colorado, unless a different venue is required by applicable consumer law.
