Begin with a situation you recognize
Think of an ordinary request that leaves you feeling hurried or overcommitted. Write down the request, your current capacity, and what you assumed was expected. Then read one relevant Center in your chart. For an undefined Root, a prompt might explore hurry; for the Heart/Ego, it might explore pressure to prove your value.
Use a boundary you can actually communicate
Try a concrete sentence: 'I can do this part by Friday,' 'I need to check my schedule,' or 'I cannot take this on.' You do not need the other person to understand Human Design. Clear agreements are useful regardless of whether the chart language fits.
Review what happened
Did stating the boundary change the situation? Did you keep the agreement you made? Was the prompt helpful or too broad? Avoid using someone else's chart to assign blame. Keep the observation centered on what you noticed, chose, and can discuss directly.
